Main road traffic of Shenyang got right after the day-long blackout by the heavy snowstorm since March 5, 18:00pm. The city's 75 trunk roads and 42 bridges were unblocked through the joint efforts by the municipality and it citizens.
According to the government emergency headquarters, the government had mobilized 240,000 people and employed 2006 professional facilities to demolish the snow.
